RETURN AND REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy
• Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
• Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.


Return/Refund Policy
• Innerfix Nutrition products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and consumable nature of the product.
• In case you received a damaged/tampered/wrong product, please send us an email with the unboxing video and images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to [email protected], within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
• Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about for the time being.
• If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
• In case your order is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, kindly contact our customer support team. We’ll either process the refund (which will be in the form of voucher code) or we’ll send the order again subjected to the availability.
• Please do not accept any packet in damage/tampered condition. No return/replacements will be given in such cases.
Payment Policy
• You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking, UPI and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.
• If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received any confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer support team and provide the following information –
• Transaction details/Email address/Contact number
• Complete product details which you’ve ordered.
• Amount debited from the account.
• Pricing
• Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers’ prices of the product may vary. Innerfix Fitness Solutions will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on the Website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 48 (Forty-eight) hours of placing your order. Innerfix Fitness Solutions shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order or as specified in the refund policy. If Innerfix Fitness Solutions comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.

How Does the Return Process Work?
We will schedule a pick of the product that you want to return.
1. Products can be returned only if you have received the product in a damaged condition. In such case, the product should be in sealed condition. We are unable to take returns, for cases where the taste or smell is not to one’s liking.
2. In case of a damaged product, please Initiate the return from the “My orders” section of our website. It will prompt you to share certain product details like contact number, address and return pick up slot, as well as reason for return. You will need to upload a short unboxing video of the product, highlighting the defect, so that our team can understand the problem. Once you have submitted those details, our customer care team will contact you over phone.
3. If you have purchased products under any offer, please return the product along with the freebie to process the return.

When can I return the product?
You can return an item within 24 hours of receiving it if:
• The seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened.
• The product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition.
In all cases, we will need a short video of unboxing the product, highlighting the defect that you have observed.
You cannot return the following items:
• Products that have already been opened or have had their seal broken.
Is it possible to SWAP the product?
No, this is not possible to swap products.
Do I have to pay return fees?
You don’t have to pay a return fee.
I returned my product, when will I receive the refund?
From the moment the product has been picked up, we will process your refund within 14 days. Once we have processed your refund, it may take up to 5 working days before you receive the refund in your bank account or Credit Card or your original payment method.
How Many Days do I have to return my product?
You have the right to return a product or order within 24 hours of receiving it.
What Information will our customer care team seek, when they contact you, in case a return request is initiated?
For a hassle-free experience, we request you to keep your order number and product details handy. Our team will be keen to learn the reason for initiating the return. At the time of initiating the return from the “My Orders” section on our website, you will be required to upload a small unboxing video highlighting the defect.

Note to Customers
• We have noticed that although a vast majority of our customers have genuine concerns, where we go to extensive lengths for smooth user experience, there are some accounts/users who abuse our liberal return/exchange policies. These accounts typically return items, choose not to accept our shipments or demand cashback for issues that we are not responsible for due to which our regular/genuine customers are deprived off of the support. Hence, to protect the right of our customers, our support team reserves the right to assess, judge and then take the necessary action at their discretion.
